What is up my party people! Got another game journal for you today! It's a bit short (hence the .5 in the title) so lets get right into it.

Life-wise, everything's nice and stable. I go to work, come home, and dev. It's really awesome. Yeah, not much more to say than that!

Game wise, I finally decided on a course of action for how I'm going to release the game. As soon as I'm done with the fundamentals and start adding in the story, I'm going to put the game on Steam as an early access demo. I'll be releasing one chapter at a time for the game. During this period of early access, the game will be 50% off. So, instead of 10$, it'll cost 5$. That's cheap, you think? Well, Undertale is 10$ too. Soooo.... yeah. Lol. I think for a game from a developer that nobody's heard of, 10$ is a good selling point. So yeah, that'll be in a few months or so.

I'll also have the game's demo up on Steam for free. So if you want to try the game, you can, and if you'd like to purchase it, you can as well. I think it's a good course of action. I'll definitely post when I put my game on there!

Here's the changelog.

  • Added more detail to the Alchemist.

  • Added another shopkeeper, the Dwarven foundry.

  • Added the ability to shoot projectiles.

Yeah, it's pretty short. Well, there's not much left to code in, so.... kinda been procrastinating a bit. But we'll get there!
