Game Journal # 55 - Mailbox, Sound Room, Theater, Finishing Up the Shops

Hey guys! I got quite a bit done this week. My birthday also passed a while ago, so I'm 22 now. Yay? I feel old... well, anyway, I did the mailbox this week. Actually, since it's been a while, I can show you the ui inspiration I used.
Yep, Pokemon was a pretty big inspiration. Any of you guys ever use the Mail system? It was such a hassle to use that I never did. Haha. Also, fun fact: Guilty Gear Xrd was made with Unreal Engine. In that picture I have, they even use the default typeface (Roboto.) Incredible.
Well, anyway, here's the changelog!

-Made icons for all the clothing types.
9/30/22
-Added Messages system functionality.
-Each character will have an introductory message that they send to you.
-Each party member will have their own handwriting.
-NPCs will use the default handwriting font.
-When a message is received, a notification pops up on the screen.
-If it's the last in a list, padding won't be added for a scroll box.
-Added custom functionality for dialogue buttons.
-Each character has an introductory letter.

-Made media player its own widget that can be dropped into any blueprint.

-Figured out how to make shop tab buttons work. Just needed to make a child class of the original button when using the "Get all widgets" function.
-Started Equip screen

I've been feeling really good lately! I'm learning a lot, and doing a lot, too. It's awesome! I also discovered that my tarantula molted recently. He put his exoskeleton right in the corner of his burrow. He's super cute, guys. Every picture I tried to take of it had potato quality though, so you won't be able to see it. Uh, yeah.
